We aim to despatch your order the same day, should it be received before 1pm, however, we do maintain a 28-day delivery policy. Please note, our delivery services require signature upon delivery.
When there is a delay to items sent outside the UK it is often due to your local mail service, please take this into consideration when waiting for delivery of your order.
If, for some reason items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you via email to organise a replacement, no payment will have taken at this point. Should we not hear from you within 3 working days, we will send out all available items within your order.
If the customer supplies an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, French Sole will not refund any delivery costs. The same applies to overseas orders. If your local postal service are unable to find your address to deliver your goods and the package is returned to us, French Sole will not refund any delivery costs associated with the order. It is the customer's responsibility to enter their address correctly and to make sure the address is known to their local postal service.
